News: Man loses life in Tampa crash caused by DUI driver

TAMPA, FL – A man died from his injuries in a collision caused by a 30-year-old man who was charged with DUI manslaughter Tuesday. 

This crash happened before 9:45 p.m. in front of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, located at 700 North Dale Mabry Highway, WFLA reported. 

It is unclear if the man who died operated a different vehicle, was a passenger inside the 30-year-old man’s car, or was a pedestrian. 

Tampa Police identified the 30-year-old man as Angel Manuel Molina. In addition to the DUI manslaughter charge, he was charged with “driving with a suspended or revoked license, refusal to submit to testing, and DUI with property damage or personal injury.” 

Police started an investigation and have not specified other details at this time.
