News: Pedestrian killed in crash along G.T. Bray Park in Bradenton

BRADENTON, FL – A pedestrian lost their life after getting struck by a vehicle along the US Coast Guard Auxiliary Building and G.T Bray Park Monday. 

This collision happened around 6:45 p.m. on the 3100 block of 59th Street West, according to ABC Action News

Officials said the driver remained but did not list any citations or pending charges. 

Authorities also shut down the westbound lanes between 29th Avenue West and 34th Avenue West to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation process. 

The pedestrian’s name has not been released at this time.
