SOUTH TAMPA, FL – EMS crews rushed a man to a hospital after he was hit by a car while running across the intersection of Kennedy Boulevard and Lois Avenue Sunday.
The male pedestrian is recovering from life-threatening injuries, according to ABC Action News.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with Tampa police.
Police are actively working to learn more about the pedestrian collision and have not provided additional details, including who was at fault or if criminal charges will be filed against the driver.
