PINELLAS PARK, FL – According to WTSP, a driver collided with a pedestrian near eastbound Ulmerton Road and southbound 49th Street on Tuesday.
First responders transported the victim to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Following the collision, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The driver has not been charged. Authorities do not believe speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
